This certificate can be redeemed for a 5 Session membership at Private Fairway South Jordan.  The sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of activation.  
 
Upon purchase you will recieve a link to download the PDF certiciate which you can print and provide to the recipient.  The value of the certificate can be applied to another membership by the recipient if desired.
